Welcome to the DJS Loyalty Club. By joining the Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The DJS Loyalty Club is open to trade and retail customers of DJS Building Supplies.
• A minimum spend of £500 (net of VAT) with DJS Building Supplies is required to qualify for membership.
• Participation is free once qualifying spend is achieved.

2. Rewards Structure

• Rewards are based on total net spend with DJS Building Supplies between the scheme start date and 7th September 2026.
• Rewards do not stack. When you reach a higher tier, you are only entitled to the reward for that tier (not the rewards from lower tiers).
• Reward tiers and benefits are detailed on the Loyalty Club page.

3. Reward Distribution

• Rewards will be distributed after 7th September 2026, once final spend totals are confirmed.
• Rewards are not issued at the point when a tier is achieved.
• DJS Building Supplies will contact qualifying customers with details of how rewards will be claimed or distributed.

4. General Conditions

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• DJS Building Supplies reserves the right to substitute any reward with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
• Rewards are issued at the sole discretion of DJS Building Supplies and are subject to availability.
• Spend on cancelled or refunded orders does not count towards qualifying totals.

5. Misuse & Disqualification

• The scheme is subject to fair use. Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or attempt to manipulate spend totals may result in disqualification from the Loyalty Club and forfeiture of any rewards.
• DJS Building Supplies reserves the right to suspend or remove customers from the scheme at its discretion.

6. Changes & Termination

• DJS Building Supplies reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty Club, including its rewards, structure, or qualifying criteria, at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, customers who have already qualified for rewards will still receive them after the closing date, provided all other terms are met.

7. Data & Privacy

• Personal information provided for the Loyalty Club will be used in accordance with the DJS Building Supplies [Privacy Policy].
• By joining the Club, you agree to receive communications relating to your membership and rewards.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes relating to the Loyalty Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
